Vanguard: Birrificio Artiganale is a small brewery located in the Emilia Romagna region in northern Italy. Founded by Yang Haoen, the brewery has been operating since early 2022 and produces 4 different types of beer.
Project
The customer needed reliable, latest generation compact equipment with automatic controls that can produce two or three batches a day.
The proposal was a turnkey installation with a production line running from the malt mill to the processing line for producing the wort, and another line running from fermentation and heat control to the compact isobaric filling and labelling line. All supplied equipment contains data control in accordance with Industry 4.0.
To complement the brewing room, an additional hot tank was required to prepare the water for the brewing phase and to recover energy, along with a cold tank for the wort fermentation phase.

Installation characteristics
A complete steam-heated RMB 1200 model brewery, a 25 hl hot water tank (HWT), a 25 hl cold water tank (CWT), 2 single batch isobaric fermentation machine and 4 double batch isobaric fermentation machines.
Other equipment was also supplied, such as a malt mill, a steam generator, a refrigerator, isobaric filling and labelling machines.
